Who is a referrer and a referee?

A referrer is an individual suggesting or referring to a friend or connection. A referee is someone planning to enroll through a referral by a friend or connection.

How does the referral process work?

Once you register, you will receive a unique referral link. You need to share this link with your prospects. If the prospect fills out an enquiry form and converts to a customer within 90 days, you become eligible for a referral payment.

What happens if a prospect is already in CIIM’s system?

If the prospect is already in the system but enquires again using your referral link and becomes a customer, you are eligible for 25% of the standard referral benefit.

What happens if a prospect enquiries through multiple referral links?

A4: If a prospect enquiries through multiple links, the first referrer who introduced the prospect will be eligible for the referral benefit.

How will I be notified about my referral status?

Every time your referred prospect fills an application form or converts into a customer, the IIDE Refer and Earn Team will inform you.

When will I receive my referral payment?

Referral payments are processed 30 days after the referee’s course commences. Payments are made every Tuesday based on eligibility in the previous week.
